This newsletter is coming on Monday morning instead of Sunday this week, because Sunday always gets the better of me even while I always have every intention of carving out time to do the newsletter. Sunday is also my “life maintenance” day, so it was a day full of tasks and errands capped off by a lovely rooftop dinner with friends and then Succession (and a failed attempt to watch the live Love is Blind reunion — what a fail, Netflix) and eventually it was too late to finish up. But I still have a huge roundup of very good links from the past two weeks for you to read this week, because there has been so much good stuff on the internet lately. Enjoy!

Good things to cook
Things I’ve been cooking the last couple weeks: Thai-inspired one pot shrimp and quinoa. Turmeric black pepper chicken and asparagus. Coconut fish and tomato bake. Baked tofu with peanut sauce. Baked chicken meatballs. Raw asparagus salad with walnuts, breadcrumbs, and parmesan.
This issue was worth the wait. So many good links!!!
