Sunday links
Happy Sunday! I am aware the Super Bowl is on right now, which is on my in house but I am mostly ignoring while I put together this newsletter. I considered whether sending a newsletter during the Super Bowl was a bad idea, but I suspect that many readers of this newsletter might be a little like me, and are also only half paying attention to the Super Bowl — or not at all.
In any case — since it’s been a few weeks since my last edition, here are some stories and recipes I’ve loved from the past few weeks. Enjoy!
Good things to read

Good things to cook
Some recent things I’ve cooked and loved: pepper steak. A copycat of Sweetgreen’s Harvest Bowl. Five spice roasted carrots. Sesame noodles with crispy tofu. And the best broiled salmon!
